We are looking for an organised and proactive Pharmacy Technician to join our friendly team at Hadrian Health Centre in Wallsend. This role supports the Practice Pharmacist to improve medication safety and efficiency, focusing on repeat prescribing, high-risk drug monitoring, and audits linked to QOF, CQC, and the Prescribing Incentive Scheme. Youll work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to enhance prescribing systems, ensure compliance, and deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
