Overview

We are seeking a

dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician

to join our dynamic team at

Chartwell Pharmacy

, a growing independent community pharmacy and travel clinic in West End, Southampton.

The ideal candidate will play a

key role in supporting patient care

, combining

dispensary duties

with the coordination of our expanding private services -- including

travel vaccinations, ear care, weight management, and Pharmacy First

.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense and accuracy-check NHS and private prescriptions. Handle

online bookings and patient queries

(most patients find us via Google). Support and delivery of private services, ensuring smooth and professional clinics. Maintain

stock control, ordering, and dispensary organisation

. Collaborate with pharmacists, dispensers, and healthcare professionals to optimise patient care. Uphold

GPhC standards and SOPs

at all times.

What We're Looking For

GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician

Experience in a

community pharmacy setting

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient service. Proactive and adaptable, comfortable in a busy, service-led environment.
