We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmacy Territory Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory, building strong relationships with customers, and effectively promoting our products and services. This role requires a keen ability to analyse market trends and customer needs, ensuring that we remain competitive in the marketplace. Working with leading healthcare brands such as Sterimar, E45 and Anusol, you will be supporting our pharmacy accounts throughout your given territory.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer preferences, adjusting sales tactics accordingly.
Utilise CRM system to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with your sales manager and our clients to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry (pharmacy).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; team player and a willingness to achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with Field Strike or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
