We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to oversee our pharmacy operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services to our patients. the ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and a willingness to develop our services to meet the needs of the community. This role requires effective communication abilities and proficiency in IT systems relevant to pharmacy management. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications

-Planning and organising the team for service delivery, ensuring high levels of performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor pharmacy policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance operational efficiency.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new medications, and changes in regulations affecting pharmacy practice.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes

- To undertake activities that support the strategic objectives to maximise the profit and potential of the business.

Skills

- Strong background in patient care and medication administration
