About Us

Bayside Aesthetics is a growing aesthetics and wellness clinic, offering IV vitamin therapies, skin treatments, and holistic health solutions. Following the success of our Stoke-on-Trent site, we are excited to open a brand-new clinic in Birmingham -- and we're looking for skilled healthcare professionals to join our team.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced healthcare professional with

hospital or care home experience

who is confident in

IV cannulation and phlebotomy

.

You'll complete

6-8 weeks of paid mandatory training

at our Stoke-on-Trent clinic, with

fuel costs covered for travel

, before transitioning to the Birmingham branch. After training, you'll also work

1-2 shifts per week at the Stoke-on-Trent site

alongside your Birmingham-based role.

This role also includes the opportunity to carry out

mobile IV and phlebotomy work

, so a

full UK driving licence is essential

.

Key Responsibilities

Perform IV cannulation and phlebotomy with confidence and care Administer IV vitamin drips and wellness infusions Deliver excellent patient care and aftercare support Maintain accurate client records and follow clinical protocols Adhere to infection prevention and safety standards Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements

Previous healthcare experience in a

hospital or care home setting

Proven experience in IV cannulation and phlebotomy

GCSE Maths and English

(or equivalent)

Full UK driving licence

(essential) Confident communicator with a compassionate, patient-focused approach Willingness to travel to Stoke-on-Trent for training and regular shifts
Desirable

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Previous experience in aesthetics or wellness (training provided)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
