Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Meet or exceed daily call quotas and contribute to overall team targets.
Experience
Proven experience in telemarketing. Excellent verbal communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
