WANT TO WORK IN A GROWING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY COMPANY?
Photo & Content Delivery Coordinator | Weddings
Full-Time, Office-Based | Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
About Us:
Big Day Productions has been capturing incredible weddings across the UK for over 14 years, offering photography, videography, and now, content creation. We're a growing, fast-paced company built on creativity, high standards, and excellent client experience.
About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused person to join our team to process, quality-check, and deliver our clients' wedding galleries, films, and content creation packages.
This is a hands-on role that requires precision, consistency, and great communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Download and organise edited images, films, and content creation galleries from our freelance photographers, videographers, and content creators.
Import images into Adobe Lightroom for light retouching and final quality checks to maintain our visual standards.
Review all deliverables (photo galleries, highlight films, full-length videos, and short-form content) for accuracy, quality, and consistency before client delivery.
Deliver final galleries, films, and content via our client delivery platforms (e.g., Pic-time).
Email clients personally once their wedding galleries, films, and/or content are ready, ensuring the message is warm, clear, and on-brand.
Process and organise client print orders and manage USB dispatches to couples.
Liaise with freelancers to ensure smooth file transfers and meet deadlines.
Keep internal systems organised so that every couple's final products are properly tracked and delivered.
Assist with internal marketing tasks or behind-the-scenes projects during quieter months (e.g., website content, promotional materials, social media).
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot visual or technical inconsistencies.
Proficient in Adobe Lightroom (basic editing/retouching).
Comfortable working with file management, cloud storage, and delivery tools.
Excellent written communication for client emails.
Organised, methodical, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Interest or basic understanding of content creation and short-form social video (e.g., Reels, TikToks) is an advantage.
Culture Fit Matters
We're a close-knit, down-to-earth team that cares deeply about doing great work and being good people to work with. You'll thrive here if you:
Take pride in your work and want to do things well*, not just get them done. Stay calm under pressure and approach challenges with a level head.
Are empathetic, respectful, and fair, even when handling difficult conversations.
Like working in a small, collaborative team where everyone's ideas are welcome.
Share our belief that wedding services should feel warm, human, and reliable, not corporate or impersonal.
Want to grow with the company and be part of shaping what comes next.
Nice to Have:
Experience in wedding photo/video post-production.
Familiarity with video delivery formats and content export settings.
Basic understanding of Canva, or social media tools.
What We Offer:
A creative and friendly work environment.
Opportunity to be part of an evolving brand as we expand into content creation and new wedding services.
Stable, full-time position with room to grow as our media operations continue to scale.
