Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Printer/Copier Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various technical skills. This role involves working on diverse engineering projects, focusing on the maintenance, repair, and optimisation of equipment and systems. The Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilise hand tools for repairs and installations. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively. Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex engineering challenges. Assist in the installations of new devices or modifications to existing devices. Provide support in computer networking and hardware troubleshooting as needed.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair. Basic Undertsanding in computer networking, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Printers. Familiarity with computer hardware components and their functionality. Ability to read and interpret schematics for various engineering applications. Experience using hand tools safely and effectively for maintenance tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to work. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment and out in the field.
