Job Summary

:We are seeking a skilled Photocopier Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance services to our clients across various locations.

Duties

:- Completing installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions. Performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks- Documenting service activities and maintaining accurate records- Training customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures

Experience

:- Proven experience in a similar field service role- Strong technical knowledge of break fix on Office, Production and desk top printers - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Effective communication skills with customers and team members- Full UK driving licence
