This is a dynamic hybrid role that blends graphic design and photography to shape the visual identity of JCDecaux's Creative Solutions team. You'll be at the forefront of creating compelling visuals -- from campaign photography and mock-ups to high-impact presentations -- that elevates our brand and help us stand out in a competitive market. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers and the Commercial team to bring ideas to life and ensure our creative output is both strategic and visually powerful.
What you'll be doing...
Creative Leadership & Visual StorytellingLead the creation of campaign photography that captures the essence of our brand and resonates with target audiences.
Design high-quality mock-ups and prototypes that bring campaign concepts to life.
Develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that support pitches, internal communications, and client-facing materials.
Manage and maintain a well-organised campaign photo library for easy access and reuse across teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all visual outputs align with strategic goals and brand standards.
Stay ahead of design and photography trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
Coordinate and manage access permissions and location permits for campaign photography, ensuring timely and compliant access to live campaign sites
Collaboration & Brand AdvocacyBuild strong working relationships across Creative Solutions, Commercial, and external partners.
Ensure visual elements are seamlessly integrated into broader campaign narratives.
Act as a brand ambassador, consistently delivering creative work that reflects JCDecaux's values and visual identity.
Hybrid Work EnvironmentOn-site photography (2 days/week): Capture live campaign photography and environmental shots to support storytelling.
Office collaboration (1 day/week): Participate in team meetings, creative reviews, and cross-functional planning.
Remote work (2 days/week): Focus on editing, design development, and presentation creation in a flexible setting.

Building and Creativity SkillsExcellent technical skills, using digital and non-digital cameras.
Demonstrates strong creativity and artistic skills, paying close attention to detail.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to translate concepts into compelling visual representations.
MotivationDedicated and motivated to pursue creative excellence.
Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating in a team.
Open to input and continuous learning in constantly evolving build environments.
Administrative SkillsStrong organisational skills for handling photo libraries and project timelines.
Experienced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint to improve presentation capabilities.
Technical RequirementsMust be proficient with digital cameras, lenses and equipment, along with expert skills in editing software such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Maxon Cinema 4D / Epic Unreal Engine, MS Office, Illustration, Animation and HTML / Web Design.
Qualifications and ExperienceA Bachelors degree in Graphic Composition, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated expertise in graphic development, especially in campaign photography and mock up creation.
A strong portfolio, an understanding of composition and colour theory, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in various lighting conditions are also crucial.
