We're Looking For: Photographer / Retoucher (Full-time)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Photographer / Retoucher who is passionate about visual storytelling and creating exceptional product imagery. The ideal candidate is not just a technical expert but a creative visionary who can bring products to life.

What You'll Be Doing

Creative Photography Excellence

Plan, shoot, and edit high-impact product and lifestyle images that align with client brand guidelines. Bring a creative approach to lighting, composition, and storytelling in every shot. Manage on-set operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Masterful Retouching

Perform advanced retouching on product images, ensuring flawless results. Optimize images for various platforms (web, social, print), maintaining quality and consistency. Stay up-to-date with the latest retouching techniques, tools, and software.

Efficient Workflow Management

Organize and maintain an efficient image asset library. Collaborate with creative teams to understand project objectives and visual goals. Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Collaboration

Present ideas confidently, offering creative direction and expertise. Adapt to client feedback while maintaining creative integrity.

Growth and Development

Continuously experiment with new photography and retouching techniques. Proactively suggest creative ideas to elevate client content. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in professional product photography and retouching. Expertise with industry-standard tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One). Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and post-production techniques. A stunning portfolio showcasing product and lifestyle photography. Excellent communication skills and a solutions-first attitude.

Salary & Location

Location: Office-based in Manningtree CO11 1PW. Salary: Up to 32,000 based on experience Benefits: Casual dress, company events, on-site parking.
