They\'ve grown significantly over the last few years and are now looking to grow the Development team further by recruiting mid and senior level Software Developers as their client-base continues to expand.

What you\'ll be doing:

With the product being taken into different markets both in England and abroad this role will see you solving new challenges as they look to internationalise current features and develop new ones.

This is a hybrid role so you\'ll be office based for around half the week. It\'s a highly collaborative environment with an agile open working culture and a flat structure with shared responsibility and reward for success. You\'ll be working closely alongside just over 20 other developers - in practice this includes regular pair programming white-boarding and architecting as a team and peer reviewing code. You\'ll lead by example and get involved with mentoring others and developing skills across the team too.

The skills we\'re looking for:

  • Commercial experience with PHP and JavaScript with modern frameworks.
  • High level of knowledge of software design principles.
  • Used to working in a product environment collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Comfortable taking part in pair programming and peer code reviews.
  • Eager to learn and to support the development of your colleagues.
Bonus points for:
  • Experience with Slim and React.
  • Previous experience with automated testing.
  • Any experience working within the health/mental health sector or an interest in this industry.
