JOB INTRODUCTION



We are seeking a PHP/Full Stack Developer with a strong background in e-commerce systems and backend integrations to join our IT team. The successful candidate must have a passion for programming, and a strong and confident understanding of PHP language and Laravel frameworks to help manage and improve the company's current stack.

Knowledge or familiarity with other languages and frameworks such Symfony, MySQL/Postgres databases, Python and C# advantageous.

Part of the IT Team, you will work closely with Business Development Manager and Business Analyst, where you will assist and take ownership of a variety of Digital and Technology projects and ensure new development is executed to the highest quality and meet business objectives. You will assist with support and maintenance of software applications, providing technical support to resolve helpdesk issues and assist end-users where required. The successful candidate will be given a great deal of trust and responsibility early on.

THE ROLE



Utilise your expertise in PHP to develop and maintain cutting-edge applications. Implement efficient and scalable code using Model-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks. Explore possibilities for automation and machine learning to revolutionise our services. Provide support and teaching to end users/stakeholders Showcase your strong database knowledge, particularly in MySQL, to effectively manage and optimise data. Experience with Laravel required. Experience with Symfony would be preferrable.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
