Job Description

Teaching Tomorrow is working in partnership with a range of vibrant secondary schools across Cambridgeshire, seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join their dynamic teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who loves promoting fitness, teamwork, and personal development in young people. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an early career teacher (ECT) looking to build confidence in diverse settings, we'd love to hear from you!
Such roles to start immediately include short/long-term cover, day-to-day supply and potential permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Encourage students to develop a lifelong passion for physical activity and health
  • Support extracurricular sports clubs, teams, and competitions
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and monitor student progress effectively
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum for Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Enthusiasm for promoting health, well-being, and teamwork
  • A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
