Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our
expanding team in Banbury.
Role Overview
As a Physiotherapist at Reboot, your primary role will be to assess, plan, and implement
rehabilitation programs that restore function, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
You'll work with a diverse caseload across sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and
post-operative rehabilitation. As a clinic, we're dedicated to providing evidence-based
rehabilitation, not adjunct therapies with limited benefit. If your focus in injury management is
education and rehabilitation to get each patient from pain to performance, we are the clinic for you!
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and deliver personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans
Provide hands-on therapy if required and prescribe therapeutic exercise
programmes utilising strength and conditioning principles
Monitor progress and adapt treatment as needed
Educate patients and caregivers in injury prevention and self-management
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with GPs, consultants, and other healthcare professionals in addition to the Reboot team.
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' clinical or sporting experience
BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
HCPC and CSP registration
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-centred approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Flexibility to work some early mornings and evenings (exact shift pattern to be discussed at interview)
Eligibility to work in the UK. We will be unable to sponsor visa applications at this.
Desirable (Not Essential)
personal training or strength and conditioning qualifications
Experience in MSK or sports rehabilitation
Additional qualifications such as strength & conditioning or sports science
