Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Freelance Physiotherapist to join our Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalised treatment programmes to improve patients' mobility, function, and overall well-being. The Physiotherapist will play a vital role in promoting recovery and enhancing quality of life through specialised therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and pain levels. Develop customised treatment plans based on individual needs and medical history. Deliver physiotherapy interventions such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and mobilisation techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programmes accordingly to optimise outcomes. Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress in compliance with clinical standards. Stay updated with the latest developments in physiotherapy practices through continuous professional development.

Requirements

Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or equivalent regulatory body. 3 years clinical experience. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice. Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach. Good organisational skills with attention to detail and record keeping accuracy. Flexibility to adapt treatment approaches based on individual patient needs and clinical guidelines.

Pay: 35.00-40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
