Blue Heart Clinics are seeking two experienced, patient-focused

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists

to join our established UK private practice. These roles are suited to clinicians with

a minimum of 3 years post-graduate MSK experience

who value high clinical standards, hands-on treatment, and continuity of care.

Both positions involve working across multiple clinic locations and therefore

car ownership and the ability to travel independently are essential

Position 1:

Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire

Position 2:

Hornchurch & Essex

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive MSK assessments, including movement analysis, functional testing, strength, and pain evaluation Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation programmes Provide high-quality manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and appropriate adjunctive MSK interventions Reassess progress regularly and adapt treatment plans to optimise outcomes Educate patients on self-management, posture, activity modification, and long-term injury prevention Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with HCPC, CSP, and clinic governance standards Communicate effectively with patients, referrers, and internal colleagues to ensure excellent continuity of care Uphold the professional standards, reputation, and values of Blue Heart Clinics Engage in ongoing CPD and reflective clinical practice
Essential Requirements

BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy HCPC registration (essential) Minimum

3 years post-graduate experience

in musculoskeletal physiotherapy Strong clinical reasoning skills with confidence managing a broad MSK caseload Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently across multiple clinic sites

Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)

Desirable

Previous experience in private MSK practice Additional postgraduate MSK training (manual therapy, rehabilitation, pain management, etc.) Interest in complex or persistent MSK conditions
