1. Assessment and Diagnosis??????o?????Evaluate patients' physical conditions through observation, tests, and medical history.??????o?????Diagnose movement dysfunction and functional limitations.??????o?????Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.2. Treatment and Rehabilitation??????o?????Use manual therapy techniques (e.g., massage, joint mobilization).??????o?????Prescribe and guide exercise programs to improve mobility, strength, and endurance.??????o?????Apply modalities like electrotherapy, heat/cold therapy??????o?????Assist in post-operative and injury rehabilitation.3. Patient Education??????o?????Teach patients about proper posture, body mechanics, and exercises to prevent further injury.??????o?????Provide advice on lifestyle changes to support recovery and wellness.4. Collaboration and Documentation??????o?????Work with other healthcare professionals (doctors, occupational therapists, nurses) to coordinate care.??????o?????Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.??????o?????Update and adjust treatment plans based on patient response.5. Prevention and Health Promotion??????o?????Conduct ergonomic assessments and injury prevention programs (e.g., for workplaces or athletes).??????o?????Promote overall physical fitness and wellness through public education or group sessions.
