Established in 2021 we operate in 4 locations across the UK over 6 sites delivering over 150 hours of classes a week to our thousands of dedicated members.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team to lead the roll out of our new Physiotherapy & Sports Therapy clinics with dedicated High street studios with opportunities in Thirsk & Guisborough, North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalised treatment programmes to improve patients' mobility, function, and overall well-being.
As you'll be working alongside our hugely successful Pilates studios you'll have access to to our studios for rehabilitation & training and have the opportunity to train with out team to deliver classes to a diverse membership.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional ability.
Develop customised treatment plans based on individual needs, medical history, and physiological assessments.
Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programmes.
Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimise recovery outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and rehabilitation exercises.
Collaborate with our in house trainers to establish & implement safe & effective training plans
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Stay updated with current research and advancements in physiotherapy practices to ensure the delivery of evidence-based care.
Requirements
Qualified Physiotherapist with relevant registration or licensing in the UK.
Evidence of proof to work in the UK - we are not offering visa sponsorship so please do not apply if you are not eligible to work in the UK
A desire to work across MSK, rehabilitation. Our clients range from Olympic athletes to apprehensive members who are looking to make a return to exercise.
Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice.
Demonstrated experience in patient care with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse patient groups.
Familiarity with assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in physiotherapy treatment plans.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate approach with a genuine interest in improving patients' quality of life through specialised physiotherapy interventions.
