Responsibilities



Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and pain levels. Develop customised treatment plans based on individual needs and medical history. Deliver physiotherapy interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and mobilisation techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programmes accordingly to optimise outcomes. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated with the latest developments in physiotherapy practices through continuous professional development.

The Role



You'll be providing evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments to a diverse range of patients with musculoskeletal, postural, or rehabilitative needs. Working alongside our chiropractors, osteopaths, massage therapists, and other practitioners, you'll play a key role in our collaborative approach to whole-body health.

Key responsibilities include:



Conducting thorough patient assessments and creating tailored treatment plans Delivering hands-on therapy and guided rehabilitation programmes Advising patients on posture, movement, and injury prevention Working collaboratively with other practitioners to deliver integrated care Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records

About You



We're looking for a Physiotherapist who is:

HCPC registered

and

CSP member

Confident treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions Professional, empathetic, and excellent at building patient rapport A strong communicator who enjoys working within a team of allied health professionals Motivated to develop and grow their own patient list within a supportive, cross-referral environment

Qualifications



Degree in Physiotherapy recognised by the relevant professional body. Proven experience is highly desirable. Experience working with paediatric patients (pediatrics) is an advantage. Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Registration or licensing with the appropriate regulatory authority is essential.
