Salary: 30,000-41,000 (depending on experience) plus 28 days annual leave pro-rata + bank holidays.

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Physiotherapist (MSK Specialist)

to join our team.
This role would suit either a newly qualified physiotherapist ready to develop their MSK skills, or an experienced clinician looking for a supportive and rewarding place to work.

You'll manage your own varied caseload of musculoskeletal clients and contribute to our high standard of patient care. You'll also have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians and access in-house mentoring and CPD support to help you continue developing your professional expertise.

Hours are flexible - typically 9:00am-5:30pm (with a 1-hour lunch break), but we can adapt for the right person. Evening or weekend clinics are available if desired.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments and interventions Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy practices and techniques

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist (HCPC Registration) Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology Experience in outpatient settings preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team
