is a newly established physiotherapy clinic in New Malden, offering a modern, well-equipped space for both practitioners and patients. We are seeking an

Experienced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist

to join our team on a part-time basis. Our clinic (opened on 1 July 2025 and located on the ground floor of CI Tower, New Malden) provides a friendly, multicultural environment where we combine traditional MSK physiotherapy with Korean-style therapeutic massage techniques to deliver excellent patient care. This is a permanent position with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our clinic expands.

Position Overview

Part-Time Schedule:

Choose a fixed

1, 2, or 3 days

per week (based on your availability and our clinic needs).

Permanent Role:

Stable employment with the

potential to increase to full-time (5 days/week)

in the future as the service grows.

Base Salary (Monthly, pro-rata):

Commission:

In addition to the base salary, a generous commission is offered on monthly revenue beyond set thresholds: If working 1 day/week:10% commission on revenue above

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care:

Perform comprehensive MSK assessments and provide effective treatments for a variety of outpatient musculoskeletal conditions.

Therapeutic Massage Integration:

Incorporate Korean-style therapeutic massage techniques into treatment sessions to enhance patient outcomes (training can be supported if needed).

Rehabilitation Planning:

Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with physiotherapy assistants and other team members to deliver high-quality, continuous care. Foster a supportive environment for patients and colleagues alike.

Patient Education:

Educate patients on exercise routines, injury prevention, and self-management strategies as part of their rehabilitation process.
Requirements (Essential)

HCPC Registration:

Must be registered with the Health & Care Professions Council as a physiotherapist.

CSP Membership:

Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Experience:

Strong background in outpatient MSK physiotherapy, with proven clinical skills in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Desirable Skills & Experience

Shockwave Therapy:

Experience in administering shockwave therapy for MSK conditions.

Massage Techniques:

Skills or certifications in sports massage, Swedish massage, and/or lymphatic drainage massage.

Language:

Proficiency in Korean language is an advantage (due to our clinic's integration of Korean therapeutic techniques and diverse client base).

Additional Skills:

Any additional specialties or modalities (e.g., taping, acupuncture, Pilates) are welcome and can be supported within our service.
