The Role (Part?Time, Permanent)



Working pattern:

Monday, Wednesday, Sunday

09:00-19:00

1?hour unpaid break

)

Contract:

3 days per week (fixed)

with scope to grow as demand increases

Clinical focus:

Outpatient MSK assessment, hands?on manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and patient education in a private, well?equipped setting (including electrotherapy and shockwave)
Onboarding: You'll learn and deliver J&J Therapy's core manual?therapy style so that care remains consistent, effective and patient?centred across the team.

Salary & Incentives



Base salary (3 days/week):

2,000 per month (gross, pro?rata)

Probation:

6?month probation

As caseload grows,

Indicative earnings:

Once past probation and with a steady diary,

current clinicians typically receive monthly incentives averaging around 500-700+

(varies with bookings, mix of cases and pricing). Figures are illustrative, not guaranteed.*

Key Responsibilities



Comprehensive MSK care:

History, assessment, clinical reasoning, diagnosis and individualised treatment planning

Hands?on treatment:

Confident, skilful

manual therapy

as a core element of care

Rehabilitation:

Goal?oriented exercise prescription, load management and staged return?to?function

Patient education:

Clear self?management and injury?prevention advice

Clinical governance:

Accurate notes, outcome tracking and professional standards (digital charting)

Teamwork & consistency:

Adopt and provide J&J Therapy's manual?therapy style

following structured onboarding; collaborate respectfully with colleagues to ensure continuity and quality of care

What We're Looking For



Essential



HCPC?registered Physiotherapist

(outpatient

MSK

experience)

Strong manual therapy skills

with evidence?based practice

English (fluent)

- clear, reassuring communication (spoken & written)

Right to work in the UK


Desirable



Massage skills

(e.g., sports/Swedish/lymphatic)

Pilates?based rehabilitation

experience

Shockwave therapy

exposure (training can be supported)

Women's?health focused care

,

antenatal/postnatal manual & specialist care

,

paediatric/infant MSK

Cliniko

EMR/charting experience;

private medical insurance claims/billing

experience

Korean language

skills are

strongly preferred
