Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team in Hong Kong and Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalised treatment programmes to improve patients' mobility, function, and overall well-being. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment, specialising in diverse patient groups including paediatrics and adults. Prior experience is desirable, along with a strong foundation. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent patient care skills and a commitment to promoting recovery and independence.

Duties



Deliver evidence-based, hands-on physiotherapy to clients across all MSK conditions implementing interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programmes, and mobilisation techniques. Manage and grow your own caseload with autonomy and support from our marketing and admin teams. Collaborate closely with medical professionals and sports specialists monitoring patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimise outcomes. Contribute to clinical excellence through peer learning, case discussions, and continuous professional development. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress notes in accordance with clinical standards.

Qualifications



Degree in Physiotherapy recognised by AHPC. Proven experience is highly advantageous. Preferably 2+ years of experience. We also welcome motivated candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong clinical skills and a passion for growth. Knowledge of paediatrics and experience working with children is desirable. Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills; additional expertise (e.g. sports rehab, Pilates, dry needling, or performance therapy) is a plus. Confident, professional, and self-driven with excellent communication skills. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse patient groups. Organised with the ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in physiotherapy techniques.
