Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate HCPC-registered Physiotherapist to join our wellness team.

This role is ideal for a physio who enjoys hands-on treatment and is open to learning AirSculpture Therapy (AST) -- an innovative fascia and soft tissue technique unique to our clinic.

You will work one-to-one with clients in a calm, supportive environment -- not a hospital -- and collaborate with our massage therapists and wellness practitioners to create holistic treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform initial assessments and create tailored treatment plans Deliver hands-on physiotherapy treatments including joint mobilisations, soft tissue therapy, and sports/deep tissue massage Learn and integrate AirSculpture Therapy techniques into your practice (training provided) Educate clients on posture correction, stretching, and injury prevention Maintain accurate and confidential client records Collaborate with other practitioners to provide a seamless client experience
Requirements:

Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) HCPC Registration (required) Experience in MSK / sports physiotherapy Confident with manual therapy and soft tissue techniques Bonus: Sports massage or deep tissue massage qualification Willingness to learn new techniques and contribute to innovation in client care Strong communication and interpersonal skills
