Collaborate with AHP colleagues, consultants, and nurses in dressings clinics 4. Communication and networking with primary care colleagues to optimise carepathways 5. Training and education within the team and wider hand therapy and senior team 6. Managing the broader health and social complexities of patients 7.

Promote evidence based practice 8. Participate in research and audit 9. Manage team performance e.g. mandatory training, appraisals, health roster 10.
