Bike Assist Legal, the UK's leading motorcycle personal injury specialist, is on the lookout for a driven and compassionate PI Fast Track Litigation Executive (Pre-Litigation) to join our growing team. Role Purpose

To manage pre-litigated Fast Track Personal Injury claims, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with our internal processes--always with the client's best interests at heart.

Key Responsibilities

Handle 150-175 Fast Track PI claims including MIB, PL, CICA, and OIC Portal exits Proactively progress claims, make Part 36 Offers, and refer cases for litigation Conduct liability investigations and gather supporting evidence Manage credit hire claims and associated losses Instruct medical and translation agencies, and oversee rehabilitation processes Value damages, draft schedules, and prepare cost schedules Maintain accurate records using Proclaim case management system Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, post, and WhatsApp Meet monthly performance targets and attend team meetings, training, and 121s

Knowledge & Experience

1-2 years handling Fast Track RTA PI claims (desirable but not essential) Experience in a fast-paced legal setting Confident decision-maker with autonomy Proficient in MS Office; Proclaim experience is a plus Portuguese language skills are a bonus
