Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and personalised lessons tailored to each student's ability and learning style Prepare lesson plans that promote technical proficiency, musicality, and enjoyment of the instrument Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement Organise recitals and performance opportunities to showcase students' talents Maintain accurate records of lesson schedules, attendance, and student achievements Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to reach their full potential Collaborate with parents or guardians regarding student development and upcoming events

Qualifications

Proven proficiency in piano and/or singing performance, with relevant qualifications or certifications preferred Previous experience in teaching is essential; training can be provided for less experienced applicants Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with students of diverse ages and backgrounds Organisational skills to manage lesson schedules efficiently A passion for music education and inspiring others through teaching Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
