Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic
Piano Tutor / Supervisor
to deliver1-to-1 back-to-back piano lessons
at a primary school inDaresbury, Warrington
. This role offers the chance to inspire children, build their musical skills, and foster a love of learning in a supportive and engaging environment.The position runs for
2-5 hours per week
(days and times to be confirmed), providing pupils with regular opportunities to progress on their instrument.Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging 1-to-1 piano lessons for primary-aged children. Plan and adapt lessons to suit the individual needs and abilities of each child. Encourage creativity, confidence, and enjoyment in learning music. Maintain effective communication with parents and school staff regarding pupil progress. Ensure instruments and equipment are used safely and kept in good condition.
Experience & Skills
Experience teaching piano to children in schools or private settings. Ability to motivate and engage young learners in a structured and fun way. Strong communication skills in English to work effectively with children, parents, and staff. A background in music education, performance, or teaching is desirable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week
Work Location: In person
