We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Piano Teacher to join our music education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music and a love for teaching, with the ability to inspire students of all ages and skill levels. This role involves providing individual and group piano lessons, developing lesson plans, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective piano lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
Develop structured lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods and materials.
Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
Encourage creativity and musical expression in students through diverse repertoire selection.
Prepare students for performances, exams, or competitions as required.
Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes learning and growth.
Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement.
Experience
Proven experience as a piano teacher or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong proficiency in playing the piano with knowledge of various musical styles.
Familiarity with music theory and the ability to teach it effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students of varying ages.
Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
