To ensure every order -- whether from Amazon, eBay, BackMarket, OnBuy or BuyGenuine -- is picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time, maintaining stock accuracy in
Linnworks
and supporting store and repair logistics.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfilment
Pick and pack orders from Linnworks pick lists using scanners or printed lists.
Verify SKUs, quantities, and condition before packing.
Prepare shipping labels, manifests, and courier handover documents.
Maintain dispatch schedule: morning and afternoon pick waves (e.g., 11:00 & 15:00).
Ensure packaging standards meet courier and brand requirements.
Inventory Management
Receive deliveries, count and check against purchase orders.
Update stock levels in Linnworks immediately after receipt.
Label and shelve items in correct bin locations.
Conduct weekly cycle counts and report discrepancies.
Support RepairDesk stock transfers (spare parts, devices, accessories).
Returns & Quality Control
Inspect and log returned items.
Process returns and replacements accurately in Linnworks.
Flag damaged goods or mis-picks to management.
Housekeeping
Keep packing stations tidy and fully stocked.
Follow health & safety and ESD precautions for tech items.
Requirements
1-2 years' experience in an e-commerce warehouse (Amazon/eBay/Fulfilment).
Working knowledge of
Linnworks
(preferred) or similar OMS.
Good understanding of barcoding, stock control, and courier systems.
Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
Physically fit -- able to lift up to 15 kg and stand for long periods.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Desirable
Experience handling mobile phones, gadgets, or accessories.
Familiarity with DPD / Royal Mail / Evri manifests.
Basic MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
