Picker (waste Recycling Facility)
Job Description
Picking recyclable materials such as metals, plastics, and cardboard from a moving conveyor belt.
Ensuring quality and recovery rates are maximized.
Cleaning conveyor belts to ensure they are free of dust and debris.
Working with onsite staff to clean heavy duty machinery and equipment.
Housekeeping of the operator cabins and site as requested.
Person Specification:
Health and safety conscious approach and familiar with procedures.
Honest, and reliable.
Self-motivated.
Possesses can do/flexible attitude.
Good communication skills within team.
Work effectively in teams or alone and be able to work co-operatively.
