Duties
Pack products securely and efficiently for shipping, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
Manage stock levels and assist in inventory control using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all packed items are free from damage and meet specifications.
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily packing targets and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with materials handling processes and equipment, including forklifts.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) consistently throughout the shift.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Packing orders to deadline
Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
