Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing, maintaining inventory levels and preparing shipments. This position requires heavy lifting of timber, teamwork and excellent organisational skills. The picker packer role is a key position within the organisation providing the opportunity to exceed expectations and KPIs through motivation and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Pick items as per order requirements. Pack, labels and prepare orders for shipment. Ensure products are correctly strapped, labelled, and stacked in line with dispatch specifications. Maintain accurate inventory levels and participate in inventory audits. Ensure warehouse environment is kept clean, organised and safe. Follow all protocols and procedures set by the Packing Supervisor for quality and efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors and managers.
