Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are packaged accurately and efficiently, maintaining quality standards throughout the packaging process. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our production team. Please note this role also requires manual handling of boxes and the business is split across three floors.

Working Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9-5pm with a 30 minute break

Saturday: 9-3pm

Duties

Quickly and accurately package products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet goals. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and hygiene.

Requirements

Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs. Must be able to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines at all times. Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
