Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our e-commerce client based in Nether Heyford, who is looking for reliable and hardworking Pickers/Packers to support their growing fulfilment operations.

THE ROLE

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods
• Prepare items for dispatch in line with company standards
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Follow health & safety procedures and manual handling guidelines

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Physically fit and able to lift and move boxes and stock
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse, picking/packing or loading experience is an advantage
• Able to work well as part of a team and independently
• Available to work across a Sunday to Friday rota
