We reached $2M ARR and profitability within 9 months, currently producing 4.5k+ meals weekly, and are now building toward $10M ARR and beyond. This next phase involves machinery integration, automation, and scalable production workflows.

We're not a restaurant and are building a new category: tech-enabled food production.

Role Overview

Eat Ping is a growing food business focused on high-quality, thoughtfully prepared meals. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker / Packer to support our non-food production operations, with a primary focus on meal portioning, packing, and order fulfilment.

You will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the correct meals, packed safely, accurately, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfilment & Packing

Portioning cooked meals into containers according to set weights and specifications Sealing and labelling meals accurately Picking customer orders based on packing lists Packing customer boxes for delivery, ensuring correct items and quantities Preparing orders for courier collection or dispatch
Warehouse & Stock Support

Organising packaging, containers, and finished meals within fridges, freezers, and storage areas Supporting basic stock checks and flagging low packaging or consumables Maintaining clear, logical storage systems to support efficient workflows
Hygiene & Cleaning

Cleaning packing stations, equipment, fridges, and shared work areas Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times Supporting end-of-shift and end-of-day cleaning routines
General Operations Support

Assisting the Ops team during busy production and fulfilment periods Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists Raising issues related to quality, safety, or order accuracy promptly

Skills & Experience

Essential

Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and able to work at pace during busy periods Able to follow instructions and standard processes consistently
Desirable

Experience in warehouse picking and packing, retail fulfilment, or logistics Experience working in a food production, catering, or hospitality environment Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
