In this role you will confidently lead and oversee Abbeycroft's Pickleball sessions resulting in positive community outcomes and introducing new players to the sport and improving players skills and games play. All aspects of this role require professionalism, care, friendliness and great customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering quality pickleball sessions, including drills and game play.
Introducing new players to the sport.
Maintaining a safe, fun environment
Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for our guests.
Requirements:
Responsible individual with a passion for Pickleball and working in leisure, health, and well-being.
Ability to teach and coach the sport to all participants.
Strong understanding and ability to deliver effective customer service in various scenarios
Ability to deliver weekly pickleball sessions to a variety of players, with varied abilities.
Qualifications:
Pickleball England - Pickleball Leaders Certification (Minimum requirement)
Pickleball England Level 1 (Not essential)
Candidates applying without this qualification will be able to attain all with Abbeycroft after a successful interview.
