Role Summary

The primary role is driving our pickup vehicle to deliver completed structures, parts, tools, or small equipment customers or job sites safely and on schedule. When not driving, the successful candidate will assist with general yard and workshop duties to support operations.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties

Safely drive the company pickup to deliver structures, parts, tools, equipment, and materials to client sites. Load and unload vehicle, securing items to prevent damage in transit. Perform basic vehicle checks (oil, tyre pressures, lights) and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle. Maintain delivery records, logs, and paperwork in compliance with company policies.
Yardsman / General Duties

Organise, maintain and clean yard, storage areas, and workshop. Assist with receiving, sorting, and checking incoming stock, parts, and materials. Move parts or equipment around site using suitable equipment (forklifts if trained). Assist fabricators (e.g. fetching parts, preparing materials, tidying up).

Skills & Experience

Aged 25+ with a valid UK driving licence (Category B) with a clean driving record. Basic knowledge of workshop / yard operations or willingness to learn. Good organisational skills, time management, and ability to prioritise. Hands-on, pro-active attitude. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills and reliability.
