Responsibilities




PICO is a leading global VR/AR brand, ranking among the top in the industry with independent innovation and R & D strength. Our enterprise-level solutions have been sold through mature sales networks in North America, Europe, Japan and South Korea, serving global enterprise customers. We sincerely invite an enterprise Product Manager to join us and jointly create the next generation of AR/VR enterprise product matrix, empowering global enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Insight into XR industry trends, research overseas enterprise market scenarios, analyze major competing products, extract high-value requirements and transform them into product strategies
- Lead product lifecycle management, from product planning to implementation, coordinate China's Cross-functional team (R & D/testing/design) to achieve high-quality delivery
- Pay attention to feedback from overseas users, respond quickly to key needs of overseas customers, TPMs, and sales teams, and handle high-priority issues in a timely manner
- Promote the monetization of PICO enterprise product solutions overseas, support major customers, create benchmark cases, and assist in subsequent large-scale promotion.

Qualifications




Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed a Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of experience in SaaS/B-end products, with the ability to design mid-to-back-end systems
- Excellent product architecture capabilities, able to independently output PRD/prototypes and drive the team to deliver efficiently
- Strong results-oriented, with both data thinking and innovation awareness, maintaining output in high-pressure environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Product experience in XR/remote collaboration/industrial training
- Technical background or SDK-related product experience
- Proficient in English communication. Working-level proficiency in Chinese, enabling effective collaboration and seamless integration with Chinese technical teams.
