About the role\xe2\x80\xa6

Lover of all thing\xe2\x80\x99s food, wine, beauty, and fashion. This exciting role is at the forefront of the evolving vision of Harvey Nichols. Working apart of the Creative Content team you will be creating an inspiring visual journey with image edits across all families of business from stores, signage and social to emails and Harveynichols.com.
  • Manage and own an image log, updated frequently to track asset utilisation across the business.
  • Support Market Editor and regularly liaise with the design team and marketing teams to ensure that layouts are correct, high-res imagery are in and any captions/credits information is correct.
  • Owning file management of all creative servers.
  • Research and source all picture imagery from runway, backstage to front row, street style, celebrity, and lifestyle to be utilised across both CRM, Online and social channels.
  • Work closely with Market Editor to ensure all pictures for online, and offline reflect the Harvey Nichols brand and tone of voice.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing picture libraries, photographers, brands, press departments, and PR companies.
  • Negotiate the best price for picture usage and call-in press imagery to reduce the cost.
  • Own all image rights, monitor usage rights, and ensure that each season all imagery is up to date and has business and commercial rights.
  • Work closely with the studio team to capitalise on commercial ecommerce imagery in all editorial channels.
  • Liaise with PR\xe2\x80\x99s, agencies, and brands to ensure that all current season lookbooks are filled for both online and offline commercial use.
  • Maintain relationships with all departments and stores across the HN business, as well as PR teams and brands.
  • Working across site, CRM, social, stores, out of home marketing briefs.
  • Work closely with the Creative Production Manager to ensure briefs are met in a timely manner.
  • Keep up to date with fashion news, talent, films, music, restaurants, hotels and travels destinations, art, and architecture; spotting trends and suggest imagery that could support both online and offline content.
