Picture Framer And Driver
Job Description
We are looking for a full-time picture framer and driver to join our workshop team. Experience preferred for both aspects of this role but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
The successful applicant would be mostly workshop based with weekly driving duties. Most weeks driving will take up around 6-10 hours but, on other weeks, this can increase to over 20 hours depending on the number of deliveries and their location.
The successful applicant must be honest, practical, reliable, hardworking, able to work well with their hands, able to work well in a team, and having a keen eye for detail is essential. An interest in art would be advantageous.
Driving duties include loading and unloading local deliveries and collections each week, plus other occasional nationwide deliveries. A clean driving license is essential, as is a courteous manner when dealing directly with our customers.
Previous commercial driving experience is preferred but not essential.
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday plus occasional weekend overtime shifts available when required.
