Job Details
We're recruiting a Pig Stockperson to join a progressive indoor pig farm based in Aberdeenshire, AB51.
This forward-thinking business continues to invest in modern facilities and management systems, ensuring efficient, high-welfare production.
As part of a dedicated team, you'll be involved in all aspects of running a 500-sow indoor unit, covering everything from breeding through to finishing. Person Specification
Entry-Level Candidates:
Ideally, you'll have some experience with pigs or livestock - full training can be provided.
Experienced Candidates:
Confident in all areas of breeding management, from AI through to farrowing.
All Applicants Should:

• Have excellent attention to detail
• Work well within a team
• Demonstrate strong animal welfare standards
• Have basic maintenance skills
• Experience with tractors or telehandlers would be advantageous, though not essential

Salary: Up to 30,000 DOE

• 3-bedroom house provided rent-free (tenant pays electricity)

Working Hours

• 07:30 - 16:45, including 1.25 hours of breaks
