Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pilates principles, be reformer trained annd have excellent teaching skills, and a solid foundation in anatomy. As a Pilates Instructor, you will guide clients through effective workouts, ensuring they achieve their fitness goals while maintaining proper form and safety.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels. Demonstrate exercises clearly and provide modifications to accommodate different fitness levels. Develop tailored programmes that meet the specific needs of clients, focusing on strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Monitor clients' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their technique and achieve desired outcomes. Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition. Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages clients to reach their fitness goals. Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates and fitness to continually enhance your teaching methods.

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting. Strong knowledge of anatomy and how it relates to movement, ensuring safe practice during sessions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognised institution is highly desirable. A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to helping others achieve their wellness objectives. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required by class schedules.
