Plan and deliver high-quality Pilates sessions tailored to a range of health needs
Engage participants from disadvantaged backgrounds through inclusive coaching practices
Promote health messages and wellbeing information during sessions
Support the recruitment of new participants to health projects
Maintain up-to-date records including registers, reports, and retention/achievement data
Assist with the preparation and upkeep of session materials
Promote RUCT projects across appropriate platforms
Participate in training and ongoing professional development
Contribute to project development and evaluation
Collaborate with colleagues across RUCT to share best practice
Adhere to all safeguarding, health and safety, and quality assurance protocols
Follow all relevant policies including equal opportunities, data protection, and financial regulations
Undertake additional duties as required, in line with the role and organisational needs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about improving lives through health and wellbeing
Creative, imaginative, and solutions-focused thinker

Able to communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds
Ability to speak multiple languages (desirable)
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

Confident in using IT systems and software
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience delivering Pilates sessions
At least 2 years working in the health or wellbeing industry
Qualifications
Pilates qualification (essential)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
FA Safeguarding, First Aid, and DBS certification (can be completed on appointment)
