The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Mat and Reformer Pilates instruction, with an excellent understanding of anatomy to ensure classes are safe and inclusive.

core unit of coaches

Responsibilities
Lead engaging and inclusive
Reformer Pilates classes
tailored to a range of skill levels and goals.
Deliver additional Mat Pilates classes where necessary.
Provide personalised guidance, progressions and regressions to accommodate individual needs and limitations.
Foster a welcoming, supportive atmosphere that encourages confidence, strength and personal growth.
Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring technique and recognising potential risks.
Assist with signing in clients and carry out light admin duties, to help maintain the smooth running of the studio.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the studio with professionalism and warmth.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the studio at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum Level 3
Reformer Pilates certification
(or equivalent).
At least 1 year of teaching experience (preferred, not essential).
Excellent knowledge of anatomy and injury prevention.
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and support clients of all levels.
Excellent organisational skills to manage class schedules and uphold studio standards.
A team-focused mindset with a genuine passion for community and wellness.
