We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for super-enthusiastic Swimming instructor who can deliver delight to our lovely community, members, owners and residents at our fabulous indoor swimming pool.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be the Piperdam Swimming Instructor Holiday Hero, leading fun and rewarding sessions in the pool for our community and members. This includes:

• Planning and leading swimming classes for customers, ensuring they are fun and safe
• Setting up and packing away equipment at the start and end of each session
• Looking after the swimming equipment and highlighting issues or replacement needs
• Promoting health and wellbeing and learn to swim to our customers
• Generating awareness and interest in classes to maximise attendance

One more thing\xe2\x80\xa6we\xe2\x80\x99re always busy at holiday times, so you may need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you\xe2\x80\x99ll need

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a strong customer service ethos. If you can tick the following boxes, let\xe2\x80\x99s hear from you:

• Certification and experience as a swimming instructor
• Front of House experience in the hospitality/leisure industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems
• As comfortable with the admin side of things as you are running classes.
