Permanent/Long-Term Contract | CIS 22.00-26.00 p/h (weekly pay)

Guaranteed 47-hour week | Mon-Thu: 07:00-17:00 | Fri: 07:00-15:00

Travel/stay-away allowances up to 60/day may apply for candidates from outside the local area.

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled Pipefitters / Modular Pipefitters to join our off-site fabrication team. You will work exclusively in the workshop, assembling prefabricated pipework, plant skids, and modular assemblies for commercial and industrial plant rooms.

What You'll Do

Fabricate and install mechanical piping systems for modular assemblies and plant skids in industrial plant rooms. Work primarily with carbon steel and stainless steel (up to 12"). Perform screwed, soldered, and press-fit assemblies. Read and follow fabrication drawings and schematics. Conduct testing and quality checks on completed assemblies. Collaborate with welding and fabrication teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Who You Are:

Experienced pipefitter or mechanical pipe fabricator. Skilled in workshop-based prefabrication and modular assembly. Accurate, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented. Familiar with commercial and industrial mechanical systems and associated materials. Desirable: NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent trade qualifications.
