Job Title: Pipefitter/Welder

Salary: 18.50 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipefitter/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing piping systems, as well as performing welding tasks to ensure high-quality construction and maintenance of projects. Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret Drawings and specifications to determine the layout and assembly of piping systems. Cut, thread, bend, and weld pipes to required specifications. Install and secure pipes, fittings, and fixtures using welding techniques, brackets, clamps, and other tools. Conduct welding operations in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards. Perform quality checks to ensure pipe connections are secure and meet specifications. Troubleshoot and repair piping systems as needed. Work with various materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and other alloys. Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and project managers, to complete projects efficiently. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pipefitter/Welder or similar role. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with safety standards and procedures. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions, including confined spaces and high elevations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
