Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sourdough pizza dough using in-house recipes and fermentation methods
Hand stretch and cook pizzas in a stone or wood-fired oven
Ensure proper preparation, rotation, and storage of all pizza ingredients
Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe work area at all times
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
Uphold consistent portioning, presentation, and quality
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a pizza-making role (preferably with sourdough)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
Passion for Italian cuisine and high-quality ingredients
